Usage

This service uses SMS messages and E-mail to send reminders - it is up to the user to ensure they are able to receive these reminders before joining the service.

By joining up to this service, you agree that you will only submit telephone numbers and email addresses for which you have permission to use. If you sign up on behalf of your friends, family and colleagues, ensure you have their permission. In the event that we receive complaints of abuse of this service for the purpose of harassment (i.e. sending people SMS or emails they don't want) we reserve the right to terminate the service without refund.

Users are responsible for the maintenance of their account. It is up to you to ensure that all information is entered correctly and that the telephone numbers and email addresses are kept up to date and entered properly.

Liability

We accept no liability for loss, injury or damages incurred due to the use of this service.

Payment

Payment on this site is via PayPal, transactions are carried out on their website/server. We don't ever get to see your credit card or account details. Therefore we cannot use them, lose them or abuse them... nor can we use payment details to verify ownership of an account.

Refunds

We do not give refunds because you start to use the service from the moment you sign-up.

Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to this service at any time without notice. (It is highly unlikely that we will other than to make additions or improvements. You will be notified by email if this happens).

Availability

We take no responsibility for loss in whole or part of this service due to third parties. e.g. if you local dictator decides to block all communication with the outside world and cuts all the phone lines.

As much as we would like to, we are unable to test this service in every country and make no guarantees at to availability. As far as we are aware, this service should be available to anybody who can make a PayPal payment to purchase it. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to recieve SMS messages in every nation. If unsure, please contact us for availability.
